Trixie is a 3 year old American Saddlebred and pony cross mare and is possibly gaited. Trixie is on the small side and is approximately 13.3 hh. She is solid black with a white star.

Trixie is super friendly. She loves people and loves attention. She halters, leads, loads, accepts grooming, stands tied and stands for the farrier. Her mom, Luna, is a medium sized black pony who is also available for adoption.

We have started working with Trixie this summer on basic training and she is doing great! She is a quick learner and is doing well with ground work. We have sat on her several times in the round pen and she has remained calm and relaxed. Trixie is an easy going mare and would make a great kid’s horse with further training. Check back soon, we’ll be riding her in no time at all!

Trixie is available for adoption to an approved home with horse experience only. A completed adoption application and a home visit are required before approval can be granted.
