Horses and Donkeys for Adoption
Never-E-Nuff Acres is currently home to approximately 40 horses. Most of the horses are available for adoption. Some however, call the sanctuary their home and will have a safe place here, free from abuse or neglect, for the rest of their lives. If you are unable to adopt but still would like to help some of these horses, please contact us about fostering or sponsoring a horse.
Please note, any adoption or foster homes must go through a screening process for approval. This includes an adoption application, a home visit and an adoption fee. Adoption fees vary depending on a horse’s age and level of training. Many of our horses are young and have little training. They will require homes with previous horse experience.
These horses have had training under saddle. Please read the descriptions carefully, as these horses range greatly in the amount of time and training they have had under saddle. Many are green broke and will still require an experienced rider or trainer to work with them.

These are horses that have not been started under saddle, but are old enough to begin saddle training with an experienced horse person or trainer. Please read the descriptions carefully as some of these horses have had quite a bit of groundwork and handling, whereas others have not.

These are our yearlings and 2 year olds. Most of these horses are very friendly and sweet. However, they will require much more training before they are ready to ride. Please read the descriptions carefully, some have had more handling and ground work than others.

The rescue occasionally has donkeys for adoption as well! Most of these are sweet, friendly donkeys who love attention and being around people. They would make great pets or companions for other animals.
